BEHIND THE SCENES
The Miss 22 Quties Board of Directors recruits numerous volunteers with clearances to assist the participants in the dressing room on the day of the pageant. If your participant needs additional assistance with wardrobe changes, we ask pageant parents to help, but otherwise, remain in the audience. Unfortunately, considering the number of participants, outfits, talent, props, and volunteers, we have very limited space, which limits the number of people we can have backstage. Thank you for being understanding.
PRACTICE DATES
Practices will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM except for dress rehearsal, which will be held at 5:30 PM. A schedule will be provided at the first practice. Missing more than two non-mandatory practices may disqualify you from participating in the pageant. The board reserves the right to deal with missed practices on a case by case basis, however, please recognize that excess absences will not be tolerated as it is unfair to the other participants.
FINANCIAL COMMITMENT disclaimer
Miss 22 Quties' Board of Directors does everything we can to make the pageant affordable for everyone; however, there are instances where we need assistance. We ask families to participate in fundraisers and contribute to snacks and meals. Our fundraisers include selling at least three pepperoni rolls and contributing to raffle items. Families will be asked to contribute to other needs as they arise. Each family member and guest who attends must purchase a ticket. Our intention is for finances to never become a barrier to participation; if you have concerns, please reach out to us.
